We consult with you to complete a “scope of work” for the property design & finishes, leaning on our leasing and property expertise. We obtain below-market estimates for the project from a network of dedicated contractors.

We communicate and coordinate with selected contractors on budget, start date, and completion date, providing you as the owner with weekly updates and photos of the progress so you are always in the loop.

We act as the primary point of contact for the contractor through the project & conduct thorough inspections of completed work, ensuring that the work meets original expectations as outlined in the “scope of work.”

What’s the difference between Repairs & Maintenance and Project Management?

Repairs & Maintenance includes any repairs (routine or tenant-requested) of properties that were originally leased in move-in-ready condition by Intrigue Indy. Project Management includes any repairs or upgrades that need to occur prior to the property being deemed as move-in-ready for a future resident.
